Assessment Description	Updated course outlines for HLTH 61 (3 units) and HLTH 63 (2 units) by unifying them into one course, HLTH 202 (5 units) to streamline course completion and to reflect a more accurate description around course SLOs. Revised course outline was submitted and approved by curriculum committee in May 2013. Discussions and focus groups were also held with employer partners and students to identify core competencies required in the field of community work and current industry training needs. Based on this feedback, performance based exam was updated to reflect those changes.

SLOs were consolidated from 14 into 5 which include a more accurate and broader description of what CHWs perform in the field. The following assignments were linked with SLOs and document % of students with grades above 80% as well as % of those passing required Performance based exam.
