Assessment DescriptionFor the lecture portion of this course, the students complete 4 multiple choice, matching and short answer exams which includes the final exam. For the lab portion the students complete competencies such as taking panoramic, occlusal, disto-oblique and pediatric radioraphs on a mannekin. The students also have to complete patient requirements as outlined by our accreditation agency, Commission on Dental Accreditation. The patient requirement consists of four full-mouth radiographs, two bitewing radiographs and 1 panoramic radiograph on an adult patient.
