Assessment
Assessment Methods | - Direct observation of performances, practical exams, group work
- Pre & post surveys or tests
|

Assessment Description | A large number of completers moved to what I considered a positive or true response to question 8,. It seems that information on student services, which was revisited several times throughout the two days, got through to the students and their awareness of available services on campus increased.
It is interesting to note that, in the informal evaluation of the class, to which there were 21 responders, the vast majority gave an “excellent” response to all aspects of the course, including the “strategies for getting off probation,” which seems to be at odds with the results on Question 2. |

Learning Outcomes | By the end of the counseling appointment to follow up on the material covered in the Lern 52B, students will construct an Academic Success Plan that will demonstrate the student's understanding of work/life/college balance and their knowledge of and willingness to use campus student services. |
