Next Steps Planned | Implement shorter sequences so students leave class having learned a complete sequence and have something complete to practice Will introduce Eight Brocades to replace the Yang Style Coiling Qigong as this set of movements is more difficult for everyone to do. Eight Brocades will do many of the same things to strengthen and stretch the body. Instructor will also adopt the American Arthritis Foundation materials for this class. |
