Next Steps Planned | Instructor determined that there is not enough time to teach one of the Tai Chi forms, so he will concentrate on a shorter form sequence that is also easier. Also, Coiling Qigong may need to be modified as some of the moves are difficult to master. Further, the instructor has eliminated the journals and may try a shorter format of 1-2 week periods, and record diet and conflicts and then discuss. |
