Improvement Details

DetailsExpanded Investment Analysis project to include an inclass exercise to better prepare students for completing the class research assignment.

Incorporated real world, San Francisco rental real estate, supply and demand exercise in class.

New inclass exercise in student assessment of 3 graded quizes.

Incorporated more adult learning exercises in class including: group assignments, jugsawing text chapter content, and out of class assignments.

Encouraged students to apply for community college real estate endowment scholarships and real estate economics scholarships. 2 students received endowment scholarships, one received an economics scholarship. Scholarship value over $2,000.

Encouraged students to attend a real estate conference which included a California Real Estate Economic Forecast. 5 students did.
