Data Summary | Our benchmark goal is to have 70% or more of our students able to pass a 150 question multiple choice test on CA Real Estate Principles with a score of 70% or higher. These standards mirror the requirements to become a licensed agent in CA. In addition, we strive to continue our record of CCSF RE students having the highest passing rate on the state salesperson exam of any community college in the state. |
Planned Improvements | The course outline was just revised in Fall 2014. We will assess the success of our new outcomes to see if further revision is merited. |
