A 70% or higher course pass rate indicates achievement of SLOs. The other students either decided to withdraw from the course or planned to continue the coursework in Fall 2014. |

| Highlights | Students felt that the course assignments were highly relevant to actual workplace correspondence. Many who took the course requested additional copies of sample business documents for future reference. |
