Details | 1. Implemented new book/materials which appropriately target most/many of the outcomes on the current course outline of record. 2. Developed new syllabus, course schedule, and activities list based on materials used. 3. Tracked individual student progress daily. 4. Pretested students to ascertain proficiency and knowledge in alphabetic, punctuation, number, and symbol keys (MABS 30). 5. Recorded 3-minute timed test. |

Methods | * Weekly graded production assignments (Word concepts, proofreader's marks, memos, business letters, tables, reports, mail merge, etc.) * Midterm exam covering 1st 9 weeks of material (Concept and Production) * Weekly keyboarding timed writings for speed/accuracy improvement and tracking (1-, 3-, 4- and 5-minute timed writings tested for 90% accuracy) * Final exam covering 2nd 9 weeks of material (both Concept and Production) |
