Details1. In Fall 2013, rewrote the course outline and it was approved in November 2013. (It may not currently match the link provided above). (All outcomes have been refined).

2. Implemented a new book/materials/software to be consistent with MABS 30 and 38.

3. New syllabus prepared and course schedule done with weekly assignments to meet course objectives.

Assessment Methods

Methods1. Observation on individual keyboarding technique (posture, hand/finger position, proper reaches to individual letter keys, eyes on copy [book as opposed to computer screen], demonstrated use of shifting, spacing, using the number and symbol keys as well as the numeric keypad

2. Completion of Lessons 11-24, 25-30

3. 1-, 3-, 4- and 5-minute keyboarding testing (both alphabetic and numeric) with 90% accuracy
