Assessment DescriptionStudent surveys for the LERN 52B and AAPS 104 classes were turned in for the fall 2012 semester. The second student surveys for these classes will be e-mailed to the students once the spring semester is complete.

The Student Advocacy surveys will be assessed once the spring 2013 semester is complete.
OutcomesAfter completing a probation class (LERN 52-A or AAPS 104) students will be able to knowledgeably identify and access important CCSF resources and improve their grades.

After accessing Student Advocacy services, students will be able to:

understand and complete the reporting process.

effectively convey their concerns, issues, voice.

understand their rights and responsibilities.

reach a resolution.
