Assessment Description | 10 questions were asked of 175 students. Classified staff went into each class and conducted surveys (paper). Tallies were done. Sample questions included: type of student (credit/noncredit), comfort and acceptance level with center, satisfaction with student services, how easy is registration, etc. |
Outcomes | Southeast center will provide a welcoming, safe, clean, comfortable and accommodating environment that supports student learning and success. Students at the Southeast center will have access to quality programs, classes, and services that support and enhance their educational success. Southeast center programs and services will promote students’ educational progress. Southeast center units will work cooperatively to provide a quality student experience. |

Data Summary | 1.) 89% of students surveyed are credit. 2.) 89.7% would recommend Southeast Center and feel comfortable and accepted Southeast. 3.) 97.1% felt they were enrolled in the appropriate class. 4.) 84% have a plan for their next classes (educational plan). 5.) 97.1% of students feel comfortable and accepted at Southeast. 6.) 88.6% of students find it easy to access information from the staff. 7.) 93.7% found registration easy. 8.) 70.2% agreed that counselors were very helpful for finding the classes they needed. 9.) 85% of students were satisfied with student services received. 10.) 94.2% of students observed collegial efforts by center faculty and staff. |
Data Analysis | 88.84% of the students recommend Southeast Center. A majority of students feel Southeast Center will provide a comfortable environment that supports students learning and success; promote students’ educational progress and provide quality education. |
