Data Summary | Over 90% of students that utilized study groups reported some beneficial outcomes related to their ability to succeed in the linked course. The most utilized service continues to be study groups, with many students indicating that they did not know about the other program services. |
Data Analysis | The survey was a satisfaction survey that would indicate program success when satisfaction levels were above 75%. |
Next Steps Planned | Program needs to revise promotional activities to inform students about services outside of study groups. Department is already in discussion to implement changes in the fall 2013 semester. Changes include tutors and linked faculty being more involved in the promotion of program services. |
Learning Outcomes | The familiarity with, and usage of, services will be supported by these plans. |
