| Data Summary | Data collected was from direct conversations with students when they log into the LAC computer. Students complained that they did not have access to tutor schedules online, which interferes with their taking responsibility to wok with a tutor in a timely manner. |

| Assessment Details | Fall 13 will be the first full semester to use the new online tutor schedules. We plan to assess how/if students use these schedules through the means of a survey. |
