Data SummaryData collected was from direct conversations with students when they log into the LAC computer. Students complained that they did not have access to tutor schedules online, which interferes with their taking responsibility to wok with a tutor in a timely manner.
Data AnalysisWe researched the need for such online schedules and determined that they would, indeed, answer the stated need of students.
Next Steps Planned

The LAC staff determined that students must have more access to tutor schedules. We concluded that we would develop online schedules for each of our 33 tutoring areas and put them onto our LAC website for students to download.

Assessment DetailsFall 13 will be the first full semester to use the new online tutor schedules. We plan to assess how/if students use these schedules through the means of a survey.
