* 95% Student felt satisfied with all the services provided by the CNB Center, 2% unsatified, and 3% have no comment.

* 97% student felt satified with instructional services

* 97% student felt satified with the clean, comfortable and safe enviornment. Like every center, CNB has room for improvement on our services.
Data AnalysisThe Center receives high satisfation ranking from students. CNB has the newest facility and all classrooms are equiped with technology and comfortable learning arrangement. Overall students are satisfied with counseling and A and E services.

CNB will do a follow up reassessment by redistributing the 11 questions survey to student again in the fall of 2013.

Assessment DetailsCNB has one counseling faculty on Sabbatical, one staff retired and one staff transferred to another Center, and new staff would be hired for replacement. New services plan will be implemented to make sure students have access to some services during school hours.

Plans include: Cross traning, professional development on customer services, flexibility in services scheduling

Additional Highlights

* The new facilitiy received much positive comments from students. They enjoyed coming to school and praise the professionalism of our faculty members. CNB enrollments have increased by 5 to 7% since fall 2012. CNB for the first time offers credit classes in the following area:
