Assessment DescriptionSLO related questions were integrated within essay based or multiple choice exams or quizzes. The data in courses such as: LALS 9 and LALS 14 demonstrated that 90% of the students successfully answered questions related to the particular SLOs assessed.

Data SummaryOver 70% of students evaluated successfully completed and achieved the SLOs in the Latin American and Latino/a studies major.
Data AnalysisBased on different evaluation tools used in the different classed that make up the major in Latin American and Latino/a Studies, over 70% of our student population successfully achieved the program SLOs.
Next Steps Planned

Adjust SLOs so that more students can successfully achieve our program outcomes. This includes adjusting our courses to ensure more student success so that more student can successfully achieve an AA in Latin American Latina/o Studies. Keep working on improving and adjusting our program level SLOs based on the result of the date collected
