Assessment DescriptionIn addition to all the above, preceptors across 14 different local behavioral health agencies, completed and submitted surveys addressing student competencies as articulated in the PLO's. Please see the Health Education website program outcome reports. In collaboration with a local consumer based agency that hires graduates and serves as an internship preceptor we conducted a focus group to discover how graduates where implementing the PLO's in workforce.

Data SummaryAll PLO's received a score within the range of 90%, the only PLO that received a score within the 70% was professional boundaries, which since we have focused on more intently through videos, discussions, role plays, and literature.
Data AnalysisThe summary of the data indicates that students in the CMHC are prepared to enter the workforce, possess excellent wellness and recovery oriented counseling/coaching skill and others as indicated in the PLO's. Graduates and advanced students are competent to serve the community and are workforce marketable. Additionally, 75% of graduates have secured employment/volunteer, made significant contributions to the community, and remainder continued into higher education.
