Assessment Description	Students completed assignments directly related to the program learning outcomes. For example, students in SMBU 9419 completed in-class and homework assignments to write a marketing plan and a company description (which are key elements in a business plan.)

Data Summary	The majority of students in SMBU 9419 were able to complete activities relating to writing the following elements of a business plan: marketing plan, communications plan, financial plan and company description. 90% of students in SMBU 9467 were able to list and describe the major tasks required to open a successful small business.
Data Analysis	If 70% or higher of the student are able to correctly respond to the question or complete the project, then the outcome has been achieved.
Next Steps Planned	Program is currently undergoing overall evaluation via surveys of students in pursuit of a certificate.
