Data Summary	After the counseling appointment, students' understanding of the purpose of the Ed Plan increased from 83% to 99%.
Data Analysis	If 90% or higher of MRSD students understand the purpose of the Ed Plan, that result would indicate achievement of the outcome.
Next Steps Planned	MRSD faculty will provide a standardized, brief overview of the purpose & importance of the Ed Plan at the beginning of the educational planning session. This change will be implemented & re-assessed in Sept/Oct 2013 & data will be analyzed & compared in Nov/Dec 2013.
