Assessment Description | Interns are completing a survey in which they will be asked to rate each training module. This survey will be analyzed and data will assist the coordinator to develop further training modules for the new cohort of interns in Fall 2013. The coordinator will align intern suggestions to additional topics and program improvements. |

Assessment Details | The tentative plans are to review data gathered from the Spring assessments and based upon the data assessment, the coordinator will make appropriate changes to specific training modules. Such changes could include revising topics, creating a series of topics, and it could result in eliminating topics rated as not useful. |

Additional Highlights
As a community college counselor, I want student interns to complete their intern experiences with resources, information, and networking knowledge. The end goal of all training experiences is to facilitate the interns' acquisition of professional experiences that they can transition to any community college setting and serve students with the utmost professionalism. I want the interns to maintain passion, a sense of humor, and approachability throughout their careers.
