Data SummaryStudents responded to questions and as part of a group assignment were asked to recommend the best legal structure for a sample business based on the riskiness of the product and the ownership structure of the business. Results of the group assignment and student discussion and questions during class gave an indication that they had developed a good understanding of the factors used by a business owner to determine the best legal structure for their business.
Analysis SummaryStudents receive credit for the class based solely on attending the three hour class.
Next Steps PlannedIn all future classes I will include a student satisfaction survey with a section for student recommendations for future content. I also will utilize a ten question true/false quiz to test student comprehension of the material presented.
