Assessment DescriptionStudents were given an in-class assignment to outline a basic financial record keeping system for a lemonade stand business. The class then discussed the various outcomes of their proposed systems. The class also discussed an IRS publication that outlines the requirements for a business record keeping system.

Next Steps PlannedIn all future classes I will include a student satisfaction survey with a section for student recommendations for future content. I also will utilize a ten question true/false quiz to test student comprehension of the material presented.
