Next Steps PlannedNew for the Fall 2013 semester, students will use Insight as a tech-enhanced component of the WKEX classes. Students will participate in discussion forums and will have access to a wide variety of employment-related resources. By sharing their experiences and resources, students should have a richer experience and a greater opportunity to learn from each other regarding their on-campus work experience. In addition, a final essay assignment has been added to the WKEX 805, 806, 807 curriculum effective Fall 2013. The student self-assessment/satisfaction survey will be administered the week of December 2, 2013, and it will contain two new questions: one asking for students' evaluation of the role of Insight in the class and the second asking students to reflect on the benefits (if any) of writing about their experience working on campus at CCSF.
Learning Outcomes• Demonstrate the ability to apply students' knowledge and skills in an on-campus work experience setting

• Demonstrate an understanding of the need for and an acceptance of a job performance evaluation

Assessment (measurement) of outcomes

More DetailsI plan to modify the student self-assessment/satisfaction survey to obtain feedback in two new areas: (1) students' evaluation of the benefits/challenges of using Insight in the Work Experience classes and (2) their thoughts on the value of writing a final essay about their on-campus employment.
