SLO B, out of the 19 students, 19 scored 80% or better in their ability of using the equipment properly.

SLO C, out of the 19 students, 17 scored 80% or better in the knowledge of the history , trends and fundamentals of sauce making.

SLO D, out of the 19 students, 15 scored 80% or better in their ability to demonstrate and understanding proper techniques in sauce making.

SLO F, out of the 19 students, 16 scored 80% or better in their knowledge of pairing sauces with food.
Analysis SummaryAssessed by observation, exam and demonstrations, 100% of the students were proficient in food safety, sanitation and use of equipment.

Assessed by exam and written assignment, 89% of the students were proficient in their knowledge of the history of sauces.

Assessed through direct observations, 79% were proficient in their ability to demonstrate proper techniques. I must take more time in the demonstration of proper techniques through demonstration, videos and more contact with students during the class projects.

Assessed through demonstration, assignment and class projects, 84% of the class were proficient in their knowledge of pairing sauces, texture and flavors with the proper food.
Next Steps PlannedTo improve the understanding of proper techniques through more demonstrations, power points and videos. Food pairing will be addressed by class projects which will consist of graphs and tasting.

DetailsTo assure students are accomplished all the SLOs, I planned to revise all the test questions, projects and assignments base on the SLOs so that students can be more focus on and productively in learning of the SLOs.
