The robust dialogue we have engaged in as a Department has enabled us to redress our overall assessment procedures, revise course outlines and syllabi, and create an on-going and more fluid way to monitor our teaching methodology. Furthermore, students are more engaged in communicating their learning process in our classes and realizing the stated learning outcomes.
