Data SummaryAlthough over 50% of students improved their skill level and understanding throughout the semester, the other 50% did not have enough basic knowledge from previous classes, i.e., Intro 50 to be successful. A high number of students have difficulty arranging their lives so that they can concentrate on their school work.
Analysis SummaryThough over 50% of completing students improved, only 10% have sufficient skill levels to successfully enter the workforce.
Next Steps PlannedI will follow-up with intro teachers to improve my and their courses to better improve employability.
