Assessment Description | The student final team hotel presentation project was assessed using a new grading rubric relates to the SLO. The rubric was developed for the team members to guide students to develop a quality project in which they examine the corporate trends and structures of major hotels history related to the current lodging operation, thereby helping to ensure a common expectation. The rubric is to rate the quality of the presentation, while also providing specific expectation on several categories, collaboration, organization, verbal expression, and visuals to name just a few, thereby helping to ensure a common expectation. |
