Additional Highlights

Students appreciated receiving more clarity about Licensing Requirement for small and large family child care, even if they had attended the CCLD Orientation. Those who visited local family child care providers (Mentor Teachers) were very impressed and appreciative. The assignment of designing the floor plan for child care with detailed use of space was extremely helpful, especially to those who are applying for a license.
