Assessment DescriptionStudents will perform a Yoga Movement sequence from selected postures with correct alignment, breath awareness, and balance.; 75% of students will be able to complete this assignment at a level 2 or better on a scale of 1-2-3 (l being the lowest and 3 being the highest) .

Students will perform a self-choreographed Yoga Movement sequence applying yoga principles and elements of choreography; 75% of students will be able to complete this assignment satisfactorily.
