More DetailsMeans: Students will take pre-, midterm, and post- test timing the 1.5-mile mile walk.

Criteria: 75% of the students will have decreased their time by a minimum of 90 seconds.

Means: Students will take a pre- and post- test measuring continuous power walking and race walking ability without stopping because of pain or lack of oxygen.

Criteria: 75% of students will be able to power walk and race walk continuously for a minimum of 12 minutes during post-test.

Means: Students will take a test to identify important factors for a 5K or 10K walking event and techniques to avoid common injuries.

Criteria: 75% of the students will score 75% or higher.

Means: Students will take an oral test to name 10 muscle groups.

Criteria: 75% of the students will name the muscle groups correctly.
