More DetailsMeans: Students will take a pre- and post- test measuring continuous power walking ability without stopping because of pain or lack of oxygen.

Criteria: 75% of students will be able to stay at power walking pace continuously for a minimum of 8 minutes during the post-test.

Means: Students will take true/false examination to identify efficient power walking form and endurance practice.

Criteria: 75% of students will score 75% or more

Means: Students will individually measure their pulse in the presence of the instructor.

Criteria: 75% of the students will be able to find and count their own pulse during conditioning.

Means: Students will take an oral test to name the 6 muscle groups.

Criteria: 75% of the students will name the muscle groups correctly.
