Assessment Description | Students completed a final project that summarized the content of the course. Each tablet size page included information about cardiac pathology, 2D, M-Mode & Doppler related findings, applied formulas and clinical sign/symptoms. These booklets are used in their clincial assignments in their echocardiography internships and for the preparation at the end of the program for the national registry exams. |

Additional Highlights
At the conclusion of the second semester of the four semester CVT / ECHO Program the students were well prepared for their first internships. The evaluations from these internships demonstrated good basics skills, the ability to improve, and a successful interchange with the echo department staffs.
