Data SummaryTwo out of the 14 students answered a question pertaining to safety incorrectly, despite having been tested and observed operating this equipment safely.
Analysis SummaryOutcomes have been achieved if 90% (or higher) of students answered the questions correctly, or positively.
Next Steps PlannedI plan to include an image of the piece of equipment in my next survey, I believe this will make it more clear what the correct answer is. These students are visual learners, images really are helpful.
