Assessment Description	Students participating in an activity class will take an exit survey upon completion of the course. 75% percent of the class will score an overall average satisfactory response in the areas listed in the SLO. Students participating in an activity class will take an exit survey upon completion of the class and 75% will average a satisfactory rating 85% of the students will be able to execute twelve advance Jazz Dance steps. 80% of the advance jazz dance students will successfully perform a choreographed Jazz Dance.
