Assessment DescriptionMeans: Students participating in class will be tested on the execution of four basic Jazz Dance steps.

Criteria: 80% of the students will score 80% or better.

Means: Students participating in class will perform a choreographed Jazz dance.

Criteria: 75% of the students will successfully perform the choreography.

Means: Students participating in class will be tested on musical awareness.

Criteria: 75% of the students will successfully count phrases of music.
