Data Summary | Outcomes A (Cite relevant ethnographic examples to describe the anthropological study of North American Indians) and C (Explain the relationship between cultural features within a broader cultural context) were assessed via two essay questions on the final exam for Fall 2012. For one question (Compare/contrast two of the Native American cultures covered in class) 81% of the students earned 70% or more of the total possible points. For the other question (Describe a Native American culture covered in class and indicate what is interesting or significant about it) 70% of the students earned 70% or more of the total possible points. |
