Out of the 16 students who completed the homework assignment, 16 (100%) received a score of 70% or higher. When considering the overall class of 17 students this percentage drops to 94.1%.

Out of the 17 students who completed the Insight Quiz, 17 (100%) received a score of 70% or higher.

Out of the 17 students who took the In Class Exam, 14 (82.4%) received a score of 70% or higher.

For SLO J (Calculate and analyze food-cost)

Out of the 16 students who completed the homework assignment, 16 (100%) received a score of 70% or higher. When considering the overall class of 17 students this percentage drops to 94.1%.

Out of the 16 students who took the In Class Exam, 14 (87.5%) received a score of 70% or higher. When considering the overall class of 17 students this percentage drops to 82.4%.
Analysis SummaryFor SLO I (Convert recipe formulas to greater or lesser amounts), an average of 94.1% of students achieved a grade of 70% or higher on all Quizzes, Assignments, and Exams dealing with this SLO. This met my criteria of 80% of students showing proficiency in this SLO.

For SLO J (Calculate and analyze food-cost), an average of 93.8% of students achieved a grade of 70% or higher on all Assignments and Exams. This met my criteria of 80% of students showing proficiency in this SLO.
Next Steps PlannedAfter assessing SLO I and J, more than 90% of the students showed proficiency in these two areas exceeding my criteria of 80%. There is currently no need to modify the materials in these two areas.
