Examine the historical factors which led to the emergence, development and eventual disappearance of these various styles/movements. C. Analyze individual works of art by employing the basic analytical methods and techniques of art history. D. Interpret the various visual effects, symbols, metaphors as employed by the artist in order to ascertain meanings and artistic intentions. E. Analyze the shifts and changes in interpretation of artworks and art movements due to new scholarship and developments in the field of art history. |
