More Details | 1. Students understand the principles of the proper use of food according to Chinese Medicine (as evidenced by exam results and class exercises), but are not as clear about applying those principles to their current eating habits or how to make a food plan using the principles ( As seen in their diaries and final case studies). Next step: develop and incorporate more opportunities for students to analyze and plan meals using Chinese medicine dietary guidelines. |
