Data SummaryFor the quiz common to both sections--

Section 1's data: average grade was 70%-a decline from F12.

Section 2-average grade was 84%-up 2% from Fall 12.
Analysis SummaryDisparity in the results between sections underscores the need for greater attention to SLO C.

The data received from use of the rubric and direct observation in section 2 was somewhat inconclusive.

While >80% of students scored the maximum 5 points on professional grooming, achieving consistent eye contact was much less successful.
