Assessment DescriptionMeans: Students will identify and perform selected intermediate level barre exercises integrating the principles of intermediate ballet technique.

Criteria: On a scale of 1-2-3 (l being the lowest and 3 being the highest) 75% of the students will average a 2 or better.

Means: Students will perform 2 intermediate level center combinations with correct technique and musicality.

Criteria: On a scale of 1-2-3 (l being the lowest and 3 being the highest) 75% of the students will average a 2 or better.

Means: Students will create and perform a 32-64 count element of a ballet class such as a center tendu, adagio, or allegro combination using selected intermediate ballet vocabulary.

Criteria: 75% of the students will complete this assignment satisfactorily.
