Assessment Description1. In-class review of quizzes and clarification of answers.

2. Take-home assignments with questions answered and reviewed.

3. NHA (National Healthcareer Association) 90% student Pass rate for 29 students taking national phlebotomy certification exam approved by California Dept. of Public Health, Laboratory Field Services.

4. On score of 1 - 5, all students received score of at least 3 on externship evaulation form.
Learning OutcomesStudent will master the text material and pass the didactic portion of the class with a score of at least 70%.

Student will pass the national certification exam for Phlebotomy Technician with a passing score.
