Next Steps PlannedBecause only 75% of the students scored 80% or better in their knowledge of the history of Sous Vide cooking, I need to improve my lecture on the history of Sous Vide by using power point presentations and give a take home project of mapping out the evolution of Sous Vide cooking.

Because only 70% of the students scored 80% or better in their understanding of the principles of Sous Vide cooking, assessed through exams and demonstration. I feel the need to improve my presentation of Sous Vide principles as well as increase an open dialogue of questions and answers on the principles.
