| Data Summary | Various exam questions ( fill-in-the-blank, vocabulary match, photo ids, recipes, and essay questions) related to Student Learning Outcome B. All tolled all students (100%) achieved results of 80% or better. For SLO C 100% of students demonstrated they could utilize the cooking techniques of "Oaxacan" cuisine. This was an exceptional group of students, to be sure. |
| Analysis Summary | Students will have achieved outcome for SLO B if they can achieve results of 75% or better. For SLO C students demonstrate they can utilize the techniques of cooking by attending all of the cooking classes which employ hands on production. |
| Next Steps Planned | While preparing for this SLO assessment I learned that the course outline for 206 needs to be updated as it written in 2002. I will do this update this semester with the assistance of my departmental chair and hopefully the Dean of Instruction. |
