The SLOs were assessed more than once, as midterm and final projects were cumulative, and tested all past material. However the assessment here only includes the first time the SLOs were assessed. Interestingly, the student anonymous survey indicated that although not all students performed remarkably well on difficult tasks, almost all students displayed a high level of confidence in their capabilities. |

Additional Highlights
A feeling of camaraderie and an environment of collegiality was very evident early on. The more we engaged in the process, the more social it became, and the more academically enlightening. We learned that sharing information and experiences with other faculty in completely different subject areas and across campuses, is as valuable to our personal growth and to our college, as sharing within the department.Terry
