| Data Summary | Two out of the 14 students answered a question pertaining to safety incorrectly, despite having been tested and observed operating this equipment safely. |

| Next Steps Planned | I plan to include an image of the piece of equipment in my next survey, I believe this will make it more clear what the correct answer is. These students are visual learners, images really are helpful. |
