| Data Summary | Rubic Criteria: 12 out of 14 students had a good or excellent understand of history of the field. All students understood issues around copyright. !2 of 14 students understood how to write a project overview and pitched successfully. 12 of 14 students were able to go into the field and create work as discussed in class. 8 of 14 were able to edit and sequence photos for final presentation. The last rubic shows that there is a need for improvement with editing and sequencing of photos. |
| Planned Improvements | I intend to develop one or two classes to editing and sequencing so that students can have a better handle on this, and develop some sort of practicum around this. This will be developed for class next year. |

| Details | Students showed great improvements with photo essay’s submitted at the end of the semester. They seemed to understand, sequencing and also editing at a higher level But weren’t always able to actually perform this at a acceptable level. Will see if introducing a practicum around these earlier int he semester and more hands on will solve help students to have a better understanding. |
