Data SummaryOverwhelmingly, our students are very satisfied with the experiences at the new CHNB Center. 99% would recommend CHNB to a friend or family members and the majority feel that they have been welcome and accepted at CHNB and feel safe in attending the facility. They praised the professionalism of teaching and counseling faculty and the beautiful and comfortable facility. Many students no longer have to take two buses to the Center and the access for public transportation has become much easier.
Planned ImprovementsThe Admission and Enrollment office has been facing with staff retirement and the passing of one experience staff member. The CHNB Center at the same time faces increasing enrollment. My action plans for the fall 2013 semester: 1. Continue dialogue with faculty, staff and students to seek information on better services delivery. 2. Work with all Center Deans to update or modify the Spring 2014 survey. 3. Conduct another student satisfaction survey as a means to gather more feedback. 4. Continue to share and discuss the student survey with our faculty and staff at monthly meeting. 5. Seek the assistant from the CHNB Associate Student Council in translating the summary of the survey and post it on our CHNB student lounge.
Program Review LinkYes, the above future improvements require resources that will be requested during the next annual PROGRAM REVIEW cycle. Examples: additional staff, equipment, software, consulting services, etc.

Details1. Communication and information sharing would be the continue norm at CHNB Center. 2. Revise and modify the Spring 13 survey and will disseminate the new survey in the Spring of 14. 3. Share and discuss the student comments and seek improvement on suggestions.
HighlightsThe CHNB Center is a caring family where communication and sharing information are encouraged. The survey provide faculty and staff with a different perspective with information from a larger context. CHNB Center serves a diverse group of student population and we are experiencing demographic changes due to increasing in credit enrollment.
