Assessment MethodsMinor revisions in the course outcomes were made to align with current College Curriculum guidelines. Other changes, improvements in the evaluation of outcomes, were made as a result of analysis of the outcomes, data from progress reporting, and anecdotal information collected from all instructors teaching vocational ESL classes, and representatives of the Noncredit Curriculum Committee.

DetailsThe progress reports data and test results collected from the Fall 2014 and anecdotal information from the noncredit curriculum committee, which as representatives from all five main ESL campuses are kept in written form by the Assessment and Curriculum Resource Instructors at the ESL Teachers’ Resource Center office. . The department will analyze the results from the previous semester to determine whether there needs to be a discussion about revising the course outline.
