| Details | Starting in Spring 2014 semester we have a different course coordinator assigned to replace former department chair. In the past we've tried to use a standard assessment tool for all the course sections, with limited success, so will continue to look into other assessment data and methods, including results of the annual nutrition survey of the Department of Adult and Aging Services (DAAS). |
